From The Villages, Brazil, Mid-Atlantic and South Florida the river brings us all together

It doesn't seem to matter where you come from, the river has a way of bringing us all together. As we headed down Rock Springs Run we saw Spider Lilies in bloom and the Dahoon Holly is full of bright red berries. As we paddled through the flats, the Turtles were out sunning, and we found a Limpkin, Great Egret, White Ibis and a Great Blue Heron all out looking for a bite to eat. We had some Wood Ducks leading the way for us and got to see a nice sized Alligator as the pearl of the day. The weather is beautiful this time of year and the clear waters of Rock Springs on Jan. 25, 2014 is a sight to remember for sure.

Rock Springs Run was a beautiful, wonderful run. I loved it.
If anything else turns up in Feb after Feb. 4 please let me know-I might be interested.
Thanks, Mary
